GEDU is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the success of our education brands and driving their growth.

Overview:
- GEDU (Global Education) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager with 8-10 years of experience in the education sector, preferably within a global organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for various educational programs under the GEDU education brands.
- This role requires a collaborative approach to enhance outreach, manage events and webinars, and drive public relations and communications for the GEDU brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for GEDU's educational programs to maximize market penetration and student engagement.
- Marketing Support Management: Oversee marketing initiatives for outreach activities, including events, webinars, and other promotional efforts to enhance brand visibility.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing traditional and digital channels via the GEDU digital marketing and production teams.
- Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Brand PR and Communications: Lead efforts in driving GEDU's public relations and communication strategies to strengthen brand reputation and awareness.
- Collaboration with Sales and Partners: Work closely with Sales teams and brand partners to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Interface Management: Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, and priority partners to drive strategic alignment and execution of marketing plans.
- Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
8-10 years of experience in marketing within the education sector or a related global organization.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive student recruitment and brand growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and emerging technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
