Manager - Sales & Marketing - Education (1-4 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Manager on a 6-month contract basis to assist with all marketing and sales activities for the training sales program. The trainings, tailored for college students(tech streams such as Engineering) across India, are available at our store shop.boltiot.com. To accelerate the growth of this revenue channel, we are looking for a talented individual responsible for executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies. At the end of 6 months, we will extend a full-time offer based on performance.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement a monthly marketing calendar.

- Manage sales through existing channels, including the student partner affiliate program, scholarship program in partnership with college faculty, and Facebook ads.

- Create and execute content marketing and sales campaigns.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Continuously explore new growth opportunities through digital and social media platforms.

Must have requirements/skills:

- Recent Graduates

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
