Manager - Coffee Beans Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Idea on Planting and harvesting various types of coffee plants
• Identifying and Ensuring the quality of coffee beans
• Check and monitor product quality
• Develops sampling plans and procedures for testing
• Analyze possible reasons for product defects and quality lapses.
• Observe, measure and record every aspect of the coffee (color, moisture content, green coffee odor, sample roasting details/observations, and other information required).
• Consistently maintain high level of hygiene whenever coffee handling or tasting is involved.
• Sample roast accurately to standard
• To ensure that the first bag of coffee leaving the roastery tastes as delicious as the last
• Overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Managing the production process, inventory control, quality assurance, and logistics.
• Should have knowledge about export procedures and certifications
• Should have knowledge about food safety
