Assistance in Implementation : Supporting the ERP implementation process by assisting in data migration, system configuration, and user training. User Support : Providing basic assistance and support to end-users in navigating the ERP system, troubleshooting issues, and answering queries. Documentation : Assisting in creating or updating documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process guides related to the ERP system. Data Analysis : Assisting in data analysis tasks, generating reports, and extracting insights from the ERP system to support decision-making processes. Testing and Quality Assurance : Participating in testing activities, validating system functionalities, and identifying bugs or inconsistencies for resolution. Process Improvement : Contributing ideas or suggestions for process improvements within the ERP system based on observations and experiences. Project Assistance : Supporting ERP project managers or teams in various project-related tasks, such as meetings, research, or presentations. Skills and Qualifications : Basic Understanding of ERP : Familiarity with ERP concepts or coursework related to ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and interpret information within the ERP system. Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and end-users. Problem-Solving : Capability to troubleshoot minor issues and seek solutions within the ERP system.
