Job Description
- Support the development of Business Strategies by delivering relevant analysis during yearly portfolio planning or as required.
- Provide in-depth Business Insights from diverse sources, including customer data, market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics together with Product Excellence team.
- Collaborate on maintaining a dynamic and realistic Business Roadmap with key updates based on internal and external factors.
Specific Analyst (role): - Develop and maintain a framework for Competitor Analysis, including benchmarking performance and identifying competitive advantages.
- Conduct Market Analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluate Product Performance Metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Build and deliver Strategic Recommendations and presentations to key stakeholders, such as Senior Product Managers and the leadership team.
- Create and manage tools and processes to maintain data accuracy and reporting standards for all strategic documents.
- Act as a key facilitator in cross-functional collaborations to ensure alignment between business units, Product Management, and RD.
- Master degree in Technical or/and Management
- Min. + 10 years professional experience incl. 3 -5 years in Product Management
- Working experience within Wind, P2X or renewables
- Knowledge and experience in developing business strategies and roadmaps
- Proven English communication skills verbal and written
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
