Job Objectives : Outline policies and plans to provide support to the main stream sales & marketing department and to the customers Key Responsibilities

• Prepare strategies on handling Customer Complaints, providing all kinds of assistance to customers and being close to the customers
• Root cause analysis of Men,Machine,Methods, Milieu Materials and Money
• Identify proactive steps for removal of complaints
• Provide technical interface with plant operations
• Conceptualization & development of material
• To monitor various activities for spreading niche products
• To monitor call cycle and site conversions of all TCS officers
• To conduct Engineers/Architect and Contractors meet
• To utilize TCS budget in best possible way
• To conduct Customer training
• To conduct skill developments training of Marketing staffs
• Prepare budgets for training customers and the marketing personnel
• Participate in price fixation and positioning
• Facilitate Brand Equity development
• Study feasibility of cooperative ventures
• Formulate strategies for new product launch as well as identification of new markets for existing as well as new products
• Development of Human Resources
• Increase compliance and commitment to ISO procedures
