Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities):
3-7 yrs. of exp. in Customer Services / Loyalty Marketing role in establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Meeting & understanding clients business and relationship marketing requirements for B2B & B2C. Channel Loyalty marketing experience preferred.
Primary role of servicing clients and owning program strategy & operations / creating & managing campaigns
De-briefing it to the other departments such as Creative, Rewards and Technology via BRDs and other Scope of work documents to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the clients brief
Owing the accounts to ensure that all services are delivered as per agreed Scope of Work & SLA. Create, monitor and control program release schedules; track and report on program milestones. Provide regular reports to track timelines of ongoing projects, delivery risks etc.
Manage and prioritize individual and team marketing tasks to ensure launch campaigns are executed on time while also making progress on longer-term initiatives
Ongoing account management on a timely and proactive manner, which will include regular reviews and reporting and physical visits to the customer premises on timely basis
Serve as the key representative in all communication, and decision-making forums/discussions (i.e. Project Implementation Reviews, Process Improvements etc.- )
Proactively work towards securing the customer renewing their contract
Ascertain the potential for future ‘cross selling’ opportunities in order to deliver the entire breadth of services
Overall accountable for client Engagement and Satisfaction
Desired Skills and Experience
Graduate with a marketing background preferred, having marketing agency experience in B2B / Channel Loyalty and Trade marketing.
Having strong experience in:
Analytical tools (e.g., Excel, pivot tables, graphical presentation), market trends, tools & technology and products
Hands on implementation, project management, data analysis, and creative problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
Must be proactive, a confident communicator able to win trust and be a credible client. Communication skills must be exceptional both written and verbal
Must show initiative and desire for continual self-development and learning
Must be driven and enthusiastic about work
Working knowledge of leading B2B and B2C customer-marketing software tools
