RFQ Handling through software,

Develop and oversee the formulation of rubber compounds for various applications, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards as per customer.

Manage the daily operations of the rubber formulation laboratory, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

Lead a team of chemists and technicians in conducting research, experiments, and testing to optimize rubber formulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to support new product development and troubleshooting

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and reliability of rubber formulations

Analyze data and interpret results from laboratory experiments to make recommendations for formulation improvements.

Troubleshoot production issues related to rubber compound formulation, processing, rejection and performance.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations within the laboratory environment and raw materials.(ROHS/REACH)

Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, procedures, and test results for regulatory and internal purposes

Collaborate with suppliers to source and qualify new raw materials for rubber compound formulations.

Provide technical support and training to staff on rubber formulation techniques and equipment operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the rubber formulation laboratory operations.

To prepare and maintain the list of new compound under development Rationalised of current running formulations in JPPL Formula Vs Specification Matrix Daily R&D Lab Test Results review R&D Lab work load distribution

Daily complaint feedback from each production dept formula wise & compile data Visit to production Units for trouble shooting & Process review

Cost reduction Projects for top 25 formulation based on Consumption / spent Process improvement project in extrusion & Molding in cost saving to reduce the rejection unit wise. IMDS Submission & Review
