Urgent Vacancy-Project Manager- (.NET and Java-based projects)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing .NET and Java-based projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile Project Management, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. This role requires understanding of CI/CD pipelines, advanced project management tools, and a proven track record in client and stakeholder collaboration. Experience in the Banking and Insurance industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver projects based on .NET and Java technologies from initiation to completion.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure timely and quality delivery of project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track progress using tools like MS Project and Azure Boards.
• Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to drive project innovations and efficiencies.
• Understand and implement CI/CD pipelines, including the setup and prerequisites for seamless integration and deployment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Work closely with internal teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively resolve project issues to maintain project momentum.
• Apply domain knowledge of the Banking and Insurance sectors to tailor solutions to industry-specific challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Agile Project Management with a focus on .NET and Java-based projects.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools required for setup.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project and Azure Boards.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience in Banking and Insurance industries is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Banking and Insurance sectors.
