Job Title: C2H Recruiter

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:


Sourcing Candidates:

  1. Utilize various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals) to source potential candidates for C2H roles.
  2. Build and maintain a talent pool for contract-to-hire roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Screening & Interviewing:

  1. Review resumes and applications, assessing candidates qualifications and suitability for C2H positions.
  2. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and availability for contract roles with potential permanent conversion.
  3. Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  4. Evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.

Offer Management & Negotiation:

  1. Extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring clear communication regarding the contract period, terms of employment, and expectations for potential permanent hire.
  2. Negotiate compensation, benefits, and contract details with candidates.

Onboarding & Transition Support:

  1. Facilitate smooth onboarding for contract candidates, ensuring they have all necessary tools, information, and access for their roles.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the contract period, providing ongoing support and maintaining engagement.
  3. Ensure candidates meet the necessary performance benchmarks and requirements for permanent employment conversion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a C2H recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  2. Deep understanding of the contract-to-hire recruitment process, including the nuances of contract work.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and candidates simultaneously.
  5. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance issues.
  6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  7. Experience in managing contract hiring processes.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Any).

Experience:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in recruitment, specifically focused on contract-to-hire or contingent workforce hiring.
