Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform corporate actions reconciliation for various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  
• Ensure accurate processing of dividend payments, mergers, spin-offs, capital raisings, bankruptcies, and other corporate events.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  
• Develop strong understanding of stock market dynamics and stay up-to-date on regulatory changes affecting corporate actions.
  
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years' experience in Corporate Actions or related field (e.g., investment banking).
  
• Strong knowledge of equity research principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods such as earnings seasons or major announcements.
