Sr Application Support- Banking Domain (Early joinees)

\Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for banking applications, including SWIFT payments and IBM MQ series.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to Bottomline GTExchange and resolve them efficiently.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement solutions.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of their queries.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banking domain.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-12 years of experience in application support or similar role, preferably in banking domain.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of banking processes, SWIFT messaging systems, and financial markets.
  
• Proficiency in working with various technologies such as IBM MQ series, Bottomline GTExchange.

Job Location

Mumbai/Pune/Chennai

Duties

• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Supporting application test & upgrades.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.

Nice to have

• Diagnosing and repairing application issues (such as server connectivity, server upgrades etc).
• Resolving technical infrastructure issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
