Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all processes and systems

Monitor and report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Supervise and provide guidance to staff to ensure the achievement of organizational goals

Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Participate in the development of the annual operating budget and provide input on operational expenses
