Daily

Review of Daily Checklist of All Machine

Abnormality verification as per Check Sheet

Analysis and find Root Cause of Breakdown

Daily Maintenance Meeting Attend

Checking of Incoming Material and signing on challan

Check the Delegation list and make an action plan for the work

Making Job plan for next day and allotment of manpower

Preventive Maintenance

Proper Planning of Preventive Maintenance as per PM Schedule and Calendar

Making plan for proper tools required for Maintenance

Prioritise the critical abnormality in the Preventive Maintenance Job

Spare Management

Prioritise the important spare and make plan for repairing

Arrange Proper tools and tackles as per requirement

Supervision of work, dimension checking, drawing as required, checking fitment, making service reports

Development of Spares to make it Cost Effective

Requisition

Purchase Indent Generation of Required Spares or Capital items

Store Requisition making for daily required consumable items and for Spare items required in PM

Requisition of outgoing Spares for repairing 

Training

Arrange Training of the workmen and for Shift People

Evaluation of own team members and arrange training for them as required

Improvement

Improvement Plan for Cost Effective Spares and Capital Items

Reduction in Repetitive Preventive Maintenance in the same area maintaining similar operation and working life

Improvement Plan for reduction of Repetitive Breakdowns in same sub-assembly

Improvement Plan for Reducing Power Consumption

Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 4 years experience in Casting & foundry indusry with Diploma /B.tech in Mechanical
