Skills:

• Understanding systems and procedures of the company and a go-getter and also to co-ordinated directly department of Tech, Product & accounts Departments if required.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and RBI regulations, Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Good leadership qualities who guide the team and have smooth inter departmental coordination.
• Position requires complete command over the internal controls of the business as well as good analytical skills to make MIS reports and understanding data also control over the process.

Job Description:

• Independently manage the onboarding process of financing partners for co-lending and BC model. Finalisation of model and structure and pricing structure with Partner.
• Candidate to have an understanding of digital onboarding of financing partners till disbursement process. Should have sound knowledge of BRE , Product construct and technology integration for any partnership.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action also sharing monthly reports to the relevant stake holders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology and vice versa
