Relevant Work Experience – 2-3 years in managing social media at an advertising agency, platform, OTT, Ed Tech or Fintech start-ups.

Job Description:

• Work closely with the business team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
• Take ownership of growing followers and key metrics across channels
• Conceptualise & create content pegs that resonate with the brand
• Develop reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
• Monitor the companys social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
• Monitor and benchmark our channels with competitor channels
• Manage agencies and partners that work on the social media mandate for Ring & Kissht
• Constantly innovate on content formats and capture emerging channels
• Manage responses to posts on Social Media
