Kissflow - Technical Business Analyst (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Your new role :

- Work closely with the Product Owner and SMEs to gather, validate and document business requirements.

- Partnering with internal and external technical resources to deliver solutions in a pragmatic CX / UX mindset.

- Analysis of relevant datasets using MSSQL or other tools

- Facilitating discovery workshops to understand business needs before translating into

technical and functional requirements.

- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.

- Identifying potential opportunities for improvement in delivery

- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change and training roadmaps.

What you'll require for success :

- Good experience in API development and integration.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to gather and document technical requirements.

- Hands-on experience in creating system and data flow diagrams.

- Familiarity with testing API implementations and identifying risks.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

- Experience in preparing technical documentation and supporting system upgrades.
