About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Partner to drive enterprise sales in the Indian market, specifically focusing on the Delhi region. This role is pivotal in partnering with CIOs and CDOs of large enterprises, understanding their digital transformation needs, and positioning Kissflow as the strategic solution provider. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs) within target enterprise accounts in India, particularly in the Delhi region.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and understand the strategic objectives of enterprise clients, aligning Kissflow solutions with their digital transformation roadmap.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on technology, business strategy, and process optimization.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the enterprise segment.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Structure and negotiate complex enterprise deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Accurately forecast sales pipelines and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration.
Solution Positioning and Advocacy:
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of Kissflow's low-code/no-code platform and its impact on enterprise digital transformation.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of enterprise systems, processes, stakeholder management, and financial/budgeting dynamics.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable market insights.
Collaboration and Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and system integrators.
- Represent Kissflow at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility.
Market Understanding:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the Indian enterprise market.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact on enterprise technology adoption.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in enterprise sales, strategy, or consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Indian enterprise market.
- Extensive experience selling enterprise software products to large organizations in India.
- Strong experience in structuring and closing large, complex deals in the Indian enterprise market.
Technical Skills:
- Exposure to or experience selling/implementing low-code/no-code platforms, RPA, or BPM tools is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of enterprise systems and processes.
- Ability to learn complex technology quickly.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business).
- MBA or consulting background is a strong plus.
- Technology/Delivery background is a plus.
