Quality Controller - QC- Garment Exports

Examine garments and individual parts for defects, such as unfinished raw edges, broken buttons or hooks, uneven stripes or plaids, puckers in seams, loose threads or stitches, or any issues related to incorrect packaging assortment.

Quality Assurance:

Rejection Process:

Identify and categorize defective garments or parts.

Return rejected parts or garments to the respective department for rework, providing clear feedback on the identified issues

Technical support:

• Coordinate with merchandising team to understand buyers quality requirements, new updates and train the teams accordingly.
• Understand any quality call outs from production/ product developers/accordingly resolve with vendors, and vice-versa.
• Attend fit/PP review meetings.
• Provide advice to development, production for technical call outs with alternatives and solutions.

General Team Support

• Ensure team Maintains sample review records.
• Work in close coordination with production & development departments and other support functions for seamless execution.
