Position-Customer Service Executive
Qualification- Textile/Apparels Graduate B TECH or atleast 3 years diploma or Any degree with Merchandising Experience
Minimum Experience - 4 to 5 years
Age Limit-25 to 35 years
Job Description:
1) Good Communication Skills
2) Capable of direct and independents communication
3) Managing the factories, suppliers and customers for various queries
4) Fully work on back office on the email communication, phone communication
5) Need to check INSPECTION REPORTS and Delivery to client on timely manner
6) Need to prepare various reports and submit as per deadline
7) Data entry in the customized inter company portal with 100% accuracy
8) Data entry in the customized customer portal with 100% accuracy
9) Need to do scheduling and planning with support of managers
10) Need to collect samples/files and hand over to inspectors
11) After inspection completion, need to collect the samples and files back from inspectors and hand over to customer
12) Close communication with customers and sharing office space with customers
13) Highly dedicated post for particular brand
14)Candidate from 3rd party experience in Customer Service will be given priority
