There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

They are hiring individuals who can multitask, but there is no emphasis on professional development. Political abilities appear to be the only valued trait, and salaries are often delayed. This is the worst company ever.

More reasons are deslike, like very bad company culture and very poor seniors beheviors for junior and not any fix timing for duty end or weakly offs etc. 👎

Their training sessions are good,helps for future jobs too.

Senior mentorship is very poor,some senior merchandisers behave bossy and that pressure culture makes the junior level suffocating .Plan implementation is zero/lack of professionalism.
