Fresher Graduate - Graduate Engineer Trainee

Eligibility Criteria:  Engineering Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Automobile / Electronics to be passed out in 2022/2023/2024 batch with minimum 60% marks in Diploma Engineering. (Candidates who are perusing/wish to pursue higher study (B.E.) shall not be considered for this opportunity)

Purpose of the Job Role:

•  To increase our product rich and penetrate more in the market of small business.

•  To look after to overall sales of Small Pump Businesses to achieve Primary and Secondary sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales of KBLs Small Pump Business products in assigned area.
• Conducting brand-building activities like Customer Visits, Health Check Up, Webinar/Seminar, Customer Meets to enhance KBL's brand image in the command area.
• Develop a customer base under dealers so that we can improve our reach and footprint in the market.
• Develop and nurture all existing KBL dealers to meet AOP targets.
• Add new Customers in the industrial clusters allotted, so that we cover all the white spaces in the geographical area for KBL.
• Move in the market along with dealer/s or sales team and visit customers. Also, meet all existing Customers on a routine basis, and explain them about existing and new products.
• Motivate dealers to visit customers to ensure that Dealer’s primary sales growth in KBL.
• Provide market feedback to ZM w.r.t. competition and seek support from the sector if required to compete in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile:

•  Candidate should be interested to work in Sales profile.

•   Good Communication & Presentation skills.

•   Candidate should have excellent communication skills & should be ready to travel.

•   Female candidates can be considered who are fulfilling the above criteria and are interested to work in sales.
