Duties & Responsibility :
1. Identifying new customers, doing cold calling, meeting new customers, identifying sales opportunity, Negotiating and closing sales
2. Technically understanding customer requirement and preparing solutions accordingly
3. Managing customer relations and penetrating further into account. (growing current business with customer)
4. Coordination of customer meetings for senior officials.
5. Achieving Annual Revenue & Margin Targets.
6. Helping management to identify new product / application opportunity to develop new products
7. Job will involve travel within assigned territory & in Gujarat region if & when required.
Requirement & Qualifications :
1. Diploma / BE with at least 3 to 5 years Successful experience maintaining existing relationships, leading to sales of product and services
2. Knowledge of the design and operation of pumps, motors, mechanical seals and other rotating equipment
3. Understanding of the Sales cycle and Invoice cycle.
4. Work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
5. Should have Basic Knowledge of MS Office.
6.Should have Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) in English & Hindi.
