Kipi.ai - Solution Architect - Cloud Platform (4-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions that meet our business needs and drive innovation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, define architectures, and ensure successful project delivery.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions that align with business requirements and technical constraints.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms to meet project needs.

- Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including diagrams, documentation, and design specifications.

- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, product managers, and developers, to gather and analyze requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate architectural concepts and solutions.

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify potential opportunities for innovation.

- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technology choices and assess their feasibility.

- Provide recommendations on technology adoption and integration.

- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Review code and design artifacts to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.

- Participate in project planning and estimation.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.

- Present architectural designs and recommendations to senior management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in solution architecture.

- Identify opportunities to improve architectural processes and methodologies.

- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 4+ years of experience in software development or solution architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.

- Strong understanding of architectural patterns and principles.

- Experience with cloud platforms, AWS, Azure, GCP

- Experience with API design and integration.

- Experience with database design and data modeling.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
