EDI Lead (9+ Years)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled EDI Developer Lead to join our dynamic IT team. The EDI Developer Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design, development, implementation, and support of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions across our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in EDI technologies, along with leadership capabilities to mentor and guide a team of developers in executing complex EDI integration projects.

Required Skill Set:

• Expertise in Integration design and development using IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) and Axway B2Bi tools.
• Expertise in API knowledge on JSON, Swagger, Open API, WSDL, SOAP+XML, transformations, API connectors, Catalog, publish, maintain, manage access in API Portals and various API authentications like API Key, OAuth, basic userid/password, SSL etc.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Possess good technical expertise and perform EDI (ANSI-X12 / EDIFACT / XML / CSV / JSON / SOAP+XML) map development related to logistics industry, and using standard protocols of AS2 / SFTP / FTP / PESIT / MQ / MQFTE etc and possess good understanding of Logistics and SCM operations to conduct and manage project development.
• Superior troubleshoot and problem resolution skills
• Proven process and solution skills to deliver maximum results
• Highly motivated team player with good understanding in multiple integration platforms
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-priority EDI & API projects in a 24x7 support environment
• Continuous Learning & Formal Presentation.
• Ready to be available to coordinate and collaborate on Sev 1 and Sev 2 production support on EDI & API Integrations.
• Collaborate and provide support to trading partners, customers, and internal teams to address EDI-related inquiries.
• Produce Daily and Weekly reports to IT Management related to EDI and API service request and support incident tickets.
• Conduct interviews and select efficient resources, provide knowledge transfer and arrange training where required, performance evaluation, people management, identify the risk and plan the mitigations to effectively execute the EDI & APIs integration strategy.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of EDI working experience in IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) and Axway B2Bi tools, with at least 5 years in providing support and assistance to customers relating to Onboarding EDI and managing API projects in hybrid cloud environment model and at least 3 years of experience in the management role, managing resource schedule, efforts and collaborate with the Senior management with data driven approach.
• Proven track record in managing IT projects with SMEs, business users and internal IT team working together collectively to deliver results.

Required Language Skills: English language proficiency.
