CLEO EDI Migration Lead

We are seeking an experienced EDI Migration Specialist to lead the migration of all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes from SPS Commerce to CLEO for our retail customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDI standards, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, and experience with communication protocols such as AS2 and SFTP. Candidate should be willing to work during US ET timings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of EDI partners from SPS Commerce to CLEO.

• Ensure seamless integration and data transfer between systems.

• Configure and manage AS2 and SFTP communication protocols.

• Implement and support ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI standards.

• Migrate EDI transactions, including 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgment), 856 (Advance Ship Notice), and 810 (Invoice).

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful migration.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to EDI processes.

• Provide training and support to end-users on the new EDI system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in EDI migration projects, preferably in a retail environment.

• Strong knowledge of EDI standards, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.

• Experience with AS2 and SFTP communication protocols.

• Proficiency in using EDI software, particularly SPS Commerce and CLEO.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other EDI standards and protocols.

• Knowledge of Retail, supply chain and logistics processes.
