Sr. Spring Boot Developer (5+ Years)

We are looking for an Senior Spring Boot Developer to join our team, responsible for developing high-performance backend applications using Spring Boot and related technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product managers, and fellow developers, to design, build, and optimize microservices and scalable solutions that support KWEs logistics operations.

Role & responsibilities:

• Working knowledge on API development using RESTful/SOAP Webservices.
• Proficiency with database programming such as SQL and DAO, and relevant experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL.
• Proficiency in Azure AKS and Docker containerization, with a solid understanding of Azure DevOps principles and best practices.
• Working knowledge on Jenkins and GITLAB.
• Working Experience on Agile methodology.
• Experience in writing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Documentation, object-oriented software design and UML modelling.

Required Experience:

Need to have 5+ years development experience with Java Spring Boot/Spring frameworks

Recommended Experiences:

• Mobile app development
• RPA development
• Working knowledge on any of Enterprise reporting tools (like Webfocus, Actuate, Bobj, Magellan, Tableau or any other analytical reporting tools).

Required Skill Set:

• Process driven with ability to interact with business users to gather business requirements and confirm solution design.
• Ability to analyze business requirement and transform into system process.
• Working Knowledge in freight forwarding / consolidation and/or 3rd Party Logistics industry will be advantages, particularly in ocean freight.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving, attention to detail and creative solution design.
• Team player and able to manage in diverse workforces.
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.

Required Technical Skills:

API dev with RESTFul/SOAP Webservices; SQL and DAO; PostgresSQL, Oracle, MySQL.

Required Language Skills: English language proficiency.
