Job Description - Project Manager

Summary of the Job Role:
Responsible to handle day to day project activities
and generate reports; will oversee and supervise
the project functions, ensuring activities on time,
accurately, and in compliance with government
regulations.

Key Outputs:
- Define the project scope
- Create a construction estimate based on a material
- Create and manage a construction project budget
- Create a construction project management plan
- Collaborate with Engineering Team and Contractor to determine
the specifications of the project
- Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to obtain
profitable construction contracts
- Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and
milestones
- Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery
- Manage resources such as construction materials, construction
workers and equipment
- Allocate and manage resource logistics
- Create status reports for project stakeholders
- Oversee the performance of the general contractor, site manager
and other members of the construction team
- Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report
issues

Qualifications:
Minimum
- BE Civil
Additional Preferred
- NICMAR & Constructions Management

Skills/Knowledge:
- Proven experience as construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills such as time management,
project budgeting, resource management and project
scheduling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Proficient with payroll software.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures
- Knowledge of SAP will be preferable
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- 13to 18 Yrs. in Project Execution / Construction Relationships:
