Project Manager(Residential Buliding)

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the construction of our real estate projects.  With a strong background in site execution, project management, and experience with Mivan shuttering. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed work schedules for civil construction activities. Ensure alignment with technical specifications and approved designs.
• Monitor on-site construction activities and conduct regular inspections. Ensure high-quality standards for all civil works.
• Ensure timely procurement, testing, and utilization of construction materials. Minimize wastage and optimize material usage.
• Implement QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with IS codes and project standards.
• Address quality issues promptly.
• Oversee critical structural works like foundations and RCC frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor costs for civil works and suggest cost-effective methods.
• Maintain budget compliance without compromising quality.
• Work with architects, structural engineers, and consultants for technical clarifications.
• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all construction activities meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Supervise and guide site engineers and supervisors.
• Resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks in site conditions and construction methods.
• Implement mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges.
