JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Mechanical Engineer.
Department: Maintenance
Experience: 2 - 3 Yrs.
We seek a skilled Maintenance Specialist to manage electrical and mechanical systems, including extrusion machinery. The role involves scheduling maintenance, monitoring MTTR/MTBF, creating technical reports, maintaining regulatory safety documentation, and ensuring ISO/IATF compliance. Proficiency in AutoCAD for mechanical and hydraulic drawings, along with knowledge of gearboxes, Bibby couplings, water pumps, and vacuum pumps, is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Extrusion Machine.
• Able to know ISO /IATF & Documentation.
• Planning & undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Familiar with Gear Box, Bibby coupling , Water pump , Vacuum Pump
• Responsible for MTTR, MTBF & BD % Record.
• Able to read & Draw Mechanical & hydraulic Drawing (Auto CAD) .
• Creating technical reports & Maintaing history.
• Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

Qualifications

• Must have B.E./Diploma degree, or related field.
• Must have Knowledge of Designing & MS Office.
• Good interpersonal, Presentation and communication skills
