CSS Strategy : Provide backend support for the execution of domestic and export strategy through
processes, as defined in Manual and systems. 1 Service Manager - Account manager for allocated customers. Responsible for deliverables as per
Annual Bus. Plan & Customer business growth plans-minutes.
Accountable for support (Email & Tel). Coordination reg. Proforma Invoice, prepare / inspect sample
box for customers, Update SAP, coordinate orders, dispatches & payments.2 Budget Planning : Execute activities as per budget allocated

draw insights.
Suspect : Inform complaint status to customer. Prepare satisfaction report - analytical report
of customer expectations.
Ensure that customers are updated on product refinement / new products, samples are sent,
and feedback obtained. Control of Samples 4 Backend role for creating database leads & contacts in CRM
Prospect : Telecalling S&P customers and setting Call for identifying Important customer. 5
6 Approach-Negotiate : New Vendor registration.
Support to field sales team for samples dispatch & update sample delivery in SAP
Maintain sample regt. Maintain dealer list
Tenders-Quotations: Preparing Quotation / tenders and prepare monthly report.
Adhere to Pricing Policy, Price List.
Monitor CN / DN, Sanction Note (Special Pricing), Tender filling
Closure - Inform complaint status to customer. Prepare satisfaction report - analytical report
of customer expectations.
- Collect Product Feedback and Customer Feedback. Analyse feedback data and draw
insights.

sent, and feedback obtained. 7 Order : Prepare production planning requirements and provide to production.
Review of current letter file & inward mail for sales dept. Expense processing of Sales
touring Vouchers, sales dept musters for monthly leaves compensation calculation.
Order booking, Follow-up for overdue payments, collections, invoicing, E-way bills, bank
receipts tracking, sales order tracking, priority dispatches.
Report: Weekly and monthly report to HOD / Sales team on sales target/ sales achivement,
Overdues, collections & sales orders. 8 Personnel : Daily call register maintain of Field sales team.
Expense booking & verify of Courier POD -bill certification-tours vouchers, filing deviation
for late voucher filing.
Attend Training Programs, Applies the tools & policies as trained & raises queries if necessary Sr.
