Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Checkpoint, networking, and security technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of security fundamentals, networking concepts, and experience with AWS services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches

- Configure and troubleshoot network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

- Implement and manage security measures, including NAT, WAF, ACLs, Access Groups, and IPsec

- Work with AWS services, including VPC, TGW Routing, SG, NACL, and EC2

- Troubleshoot network and security issues, using tools such as packet sniffers and network analyzers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network and security requirements are met

- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking and security technologies, including emerging threats and trends

Requirements:

- 4 years minimum of hands-on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Checkpoint, networking, and security technologies

- Solid understanding of security fundamentals, including NAT, WAF, ACLs, Access Groups, and IPsec

- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

- Experience with AWS services, including VPC, TGW Routing, SG, NACL, and EC2

- Ability to troubleshoot network protocols and security issues

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Checkpoint

- Experience with cloud-based security solutions

- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell

- Experience with network automation tools, such as Ansible or SaltStack
