Job Title: Talent Acquisition Analyst
Department : Human Capital Management
Report to: Talent Acquisition Lead
Purpose of Job: To procure required items for the company through external
vendors for HO & Branches.
Job
Responsibilities:
• Hiring:
Coordinate with Department Head to identify staffing needs ( New/Replacement)
Source and screen potential candidates through different approved sources
Plan interviews and ensure the selection process is followed
Follow with other assessments, reference check and Financial bureau check
Salary negotiation and offer should be released with in the TAT
All the activities of recruitment cycle have to be processed in the HRMS system
Build a strong data base and create a pipeline by arranging the candidates following
standard ratio
• Onboarding and Induction:
Initiate Welcome letter, post acceptance of Offer within the TAT
Keeping all the stakeholders informed about the reporting day of a new joiner
Closely work with the IT team for the creation of email ids and intimate L&D for
training schedule
• Documentation:
Ensure all the required documents is uploaded in the system as per the checklist
Create an individual employee file with the listed documents as per checklist and
send it to the storage agent
Initiate external BGV and follow the end to end process
• Dashboards and Report:
Required to present the weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly reports
Open v/s closed position with TAT
Target vs Achieved
Role wise candidate ratio
TAT report at all stages of hiring
Qualifications: Education : Any Graduate
Work Experience: Minimum 1-3 years
