Job Title:Facilities Specialist - Field

Department :Human Capital Management

Report to:Procurement Lead

Purpose of Job:Facilities specialist- Branch should ensures that all branches operate effectively by managing the physical infrastructure, resources, and services. This includes overseeing maintenance, safety, cost-efficiency, and operational readiness while providing an optimal working environment for employees and a seamless experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Branch Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee branch setup, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate for furniture, fixtures, equipment (FFE), and utilities.
• Occupational Health & Safety (OHS):
• Ensure branches comply with safety standards, fire protocols, and local regulations.
• Regular checks for physical safety measures and ergonomic office conditions.
• Vendor & Cost Management:
• Liaise with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and procurement.
• Optimize costs for facilities and ensure timely payments.
• Branch Mergers and Closures:
• Coordinate seamless movement of assets, furniture, and records during branch relocations, mergers, or closures.
• Ensure timely handovers and cost rationalization.
• Service Quality:
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and utilities (power, water, internet) are in place for efficient branch operations.
• Asset Management:
• Maintain an inventory of branch assets.
• Ensure asset upkeep and manage asset transfers.
• Compliance & Audits:
• Prepare branches for internal/external facility audits.
• Address and close audit-related concerns promptly.

• Well-maintained and efficient branch operations.
• Safe, compliant, and productive working environments.
• Optimized costs for facilities and improved vendor efficiency.
• Timely and effective branch openings, relocations, and closures.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduation in any stream required

Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years experience.
