Profile: Process Associate - Medical Billing

Location: Bestech Business Towers, Mohali, PB

Job Type: Full-time

Work experience: 1 year-3years

Job Timing: Fixed Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in medical billing, A/R follow-ups, and denial management.

Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.

Familiarity with major insurance carriers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial payers).

Proficiency in medical billing software and EHR systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in DME, Physician billing, Behavioural Health (Spravato, or TMS billing)

HIPAA compliance knowledge

experience in medical billing, eligibility verification, or prior authorization for behavioral health services.

Strong understanding of insurance verification and payer requirements.

Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.

Proficiency in Pharmacy websites for Drugs authorization

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently.
