Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Head to lead the academic programs at Baraka Edutech. This leadership role involves overseeing curriculum development, supporting teachers, monitoring student performance, and ensuring high educational standards. The Academic Head will work closely with the school leadership team to foster academic excellence and create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum development and ensure alignment with national/international standards.
• Monitor and assess student academic progress.
• Provide professional development opportunities for teaching staff.
• Manage academic resources and budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and student performance management.
