Khyaal is Indias #1 App for senior citizens. We are on a mission to enrich the lives of senior citizens in India. We are engaging, educating, and empowering seniors through our live sessions, games, safe payments, on-demand assistance, part-time jobs, and other features on the Khyaal App.

Location: Mumbai
Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to senior members by addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback with patience and empathy.
• Assist senior members with navigating and using the Khyaal App and its features effectively.
• Resolve member issues promptly through calls, emails, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Share insights from member interactions to improve services and app features.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with senior members.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with apps or online platforms.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering a seamless member experience.
• Willingness to work from the Mumbai office and availability for weekend shifts if needed.
