citizens in India. We are engaging, educating, and empowering seniors through our live sessions,
games, safe payments, on-demand assistance, part-time jobs, and other features on the Khyaal
App.
Job Summary:
As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in developing content that resonates with our
senior audience. You will have the opportunity to craft articles, blog posts, and other marketing
materials that address the unique challenges, interests, aspirations of older adults and our
offerings designed to positively impact the lives of seniors. Your writing will aim to inform,
empower, and entertain our senior audience while reinforcing our brand's commitment to
serving their needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
a. Research and identify relevant topics and themes that are of interest to senior citizens,
including health and wellness, retirement planning, hobbies and interests, caregiving,
travel, and more.
b. Generate engaging and informative content tailored to the preferences and experiences
of senior citizens, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and accessibility.
c. Produce a variety of content formats, including articles, blog posts, how-to guides,
infographics, and social media posts.
d. Work closely with the product team to create content for the app, website and other
platforms
e. Collaborate with the community team and develop content for our senior community
members
f. Write compelling ad copies for various campaigns

2. SEO Optimization:
a. Incorporate best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure that our
content ranks well in search engine results pages (SERPs) and reaches our target
audience effectively.
b. Work closely with the SEO specialist and integrate relevant keywords naturally into
content while maintaining readability and relevance. 3. Audience Engagement:
a. Foster a sense of community and connection among our senior audience through
engaging and interactive content.
b. Create content that encourages user-generated content, feedback, and participation to
enhance engagement and build relationships with our audience.
4. Content Calendar Management:
a. Collaborate with the content team to develop and maintain a content calendar that
aligns with our editorial strategy and marketing objectives.
b. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content according to the content calendar
schedule.
5. Content Promotion:
a. Assist in promoting content across various channels, including social media, email
newsletters, and partnerships, to maximize reach and engagement.
b. Monitor content performance metrics and analyze data to optimize content promotion
strategies.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
● Proven experience of a minimum 2 years as a content writer, with a focus on creating
content for senior audiences.
● Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
● Empathetic and compassionate approach to writing, with the ability to understand and
address the needs and concerns of senior citizens.
● Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
● Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from diverse sources.
● Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Passion for storytelling and a genuine interest in improving the lives of senior citizens.
