Business Development Associate (Urgent Position)

Job Description: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Basic understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Familiarity with technology sales.
• Basic knowledge of sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM software will be an advantage
• Knowledge of EST time zone and willingness to work during EST timings. (EST Work Timings Start at 6.30 PM IST/7.30 PM IST (9 Hrs shift)) - Night Shift
• Work Location - Gurugram (Hybrid shift)
