Senior Executive CRM Analyst

This role will primarily focus on strengthening customer relationships by leveraging CRM systems to enhance the overall customer experience, drive loyalty, and build long-lasting connections. The analyst will also be responsible for analysing CRM Data, survey feedback to identify customer pain points and suggest actionable improvements.

Role & responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Identifying trends and patterns in customer data to support business objectives and revenue growth.
• Report Creation: Designing and maintaining reports on customer behaviour, to be presented to management. Submit relevant report to the respective POCs and Sales team.
• Collaboration: Partnering with cross-functional teams and store teams to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Data Integrity: Ensuring that customer data remains accurate, complete, and consistent across all systems and platforms.
• Survey Design: Developing and deploying customer surveys and feedback mechanisms to gain valuable insights.
• Industry Awareness: Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Training: Providing training and support to team members on CRM tools and processes

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with at least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Retail/FMCG industry.
