Job Description
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Ensure proper monitoring of classes within your assigned BPSC batch.
- Coordinate with teachers and other coordinators to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Interact with students through multiple communication channels to provide assistance and support.
- Handle student doubts and queries promptly and efficiently through phone calls and emails.
- Create a well-structured timetable for the classes within your batch.
- Upload test series and answer writing materials for the batch to facilitate practice and assessment.
2. Qualifications:
- Must have appeared in at least One mains exam of BPSC or appeared in Two BPSC Prelims, demonstrating a strong understanding of the exam process and requirements.
3. Key Skills Required:
- Possess proper knowledge of the BPSC exam related to your assigned batch.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
- Have a basic understanding of MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Display a good knowledge of current affairs, as it is essential to remain updated with current trend of exams.
- Exhibit a creative mindset to develop innovative approaches that enhance the learning experience.
- Demonstrate effective and fast decision-making abilities to handle any challenges that may arise.
