1. Prepare detailed schedule and track
2. Monitor work progress of self and the team and report
3. Attend internal and external client meetings/discussions
4. Guide the KGISL DM team
5. Provide status updates

  1. Study source data and document
  2. Understand Scope and Map Data
  3. Write specs, if needed
  4. Develop programs and scripts
  5. Assign development and other project tasks to other team members and track to closure
