Business Development Manager in Redevelopment sector

Role & responsibilities

• Project Feasibility & Strategy Development

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, particularly in the real estate and redevelopment sector.
• Knowledge of DCPR 2034 schemes and expertise in FSI, TDR, and other legal aspects related to redevelopment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing project timelines, documents, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• A background in real estate project management, construction, or legal aspects of redevelopment projects.
• Familiarity with the Mumbai real estate market and local regulations.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
