Job Purpose

The focus of the job role is to attract more appropriate properties for construction of towers, negotiating with the landlords and finalizing the agreement.

Principal Accountabilities

>Identify the suitable location options close to the points identified by the customer. >Negotiations with the landlords regarding the rentals.

>Finalization of rental agreement.

>Document collection from Landlords.

>Handling the legal formalities.

Candidates should have a flair of sales/direct customer interacting profiles. They should have good communication skills (Malayalam) and negotiation skill.
