KGIS is hiring experienced HRs from operations and onboarding background to work at our client place in Bangalore.

Shift : US Shift

Years of Experience : Minimum 2 years in HR operations

Role & responsibilities :

• Update and maintain employee database to ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee records in Success Factor
• Employee data management including Success Factor expertise will be an added advantage
• Providing an effective support service to end-users
• Streamlining HR processes and helping to manage the HR systems
• Delivering high-quality and accurate HR data and service information to the business
• Support team in entire HR Delivery operations
• Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to engage effectively in business interactions

Preferred candidate profile :

Knowledge of CORE HR Processes

HR Compliance/ Employee Transactions/ Records Management/ Separations

HR Operations
