As we expand, were looking for passionate individuals who can help us build meaningful relationships with our growing customer base.


We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive with 1+years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer who embodies empathy, excellent communication, and a strong desire to help customers succeed. Whether youre a recent graduate or new to this field, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in customer relationship management while working with a fast-growing tech product.

What you will do:


  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and offering product guidance.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and foster long-term relationships by understanding clients needs and ensuring seamless fee collection experiences.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen empathetically to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for effective solutions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and development teams to continually improve the user experience.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions using CRM tools.
  • Customer Success Initiatives: Provide proactive support to help customers optimize their use of Cofees fee management features, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
