Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and effective customer support through voice and chat channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
• Work with the sales team to save or retain sales whenever possible.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely solutions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Previous experience in customer support or BPO is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in the specified hours and days.

Work Timings:

• Summer: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Winter: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
