The CPQ Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, continuous improvement, and strategic enhancement of our CPQ system. This role combines technical support with system development to streamline the Configure, Price, Quote process, improve sales effectiveness, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. A key aspect of this position is leveraging Logik.ai a specialized configuration tool to enable advanced product configuration capabilities and support complex business requirements. Logik.ai s Transaction Manager a high-performance, single-page workflow solution that streamlines quote-to-cash processes across omnichannel environments. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Business Operations, to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Responsibilities Key Roles and Responsibilities Support Responsibilities System Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously monitor current CPQ and Logik Transaction Manager performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting quote processing, pricing updates, or transaction delays. Manage incident tickets for both platforms, ensuring timely resolutions and comprehensive documentation. Development & Integration Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements for CPQ enhancements and transactional automation. Define technical specifications that leverage Logik.io s Transaction Manager covering stages, fields, rule groupings, events, layouts, UI effects, and persona-based views. System Configuration & Customization: Design and implement CPQ enhancements in Logik.ai (e.g., pricing rules, approval workflows, and product configurations) in parallel with customizations in the Logik Transaction Manager. Utilize Logik.io s advanced logic engine to configure a single-page transaction interface that supports sub-second response times for thousands of quote lines. Customize the Logik Transaction Manager s intuitive, point-and-click admin UI to enable rapid rule creation, product updates, and permissions management. Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between CPQ, Logik.io s Transaction Manager, and other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, eCommerce). Ensure a seamless data flow that unifies omnichannel transaction processes while enforcing consistent pricing and quoting standards Project Implementation & Documentation: Lead project initiatives for CPQ system enhancements and Logik Transaction Manager upgrades. Prepare detailed technical documentation including system designs, configuration guides. Collaborate with QA teams to thoroughly test and validate customizations and integrations. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging CPQ trends and Logik.ai platform updates. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline transaction management and boost system performance. Recommend process improvements that leverage the composable, API-first architecture of Logik Transaction Manager to support evolving business needs. Prior experience integrating or working with advanced transaction management systems, preferably with oracle cpq or Logik.ai platform. Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of CPQ configuration, scripting (e.g., JavaScript), and customization. Familiarity with SQL, RESTful APIs, and middleware integration techniques. Experience with specialized configuration and transaction management tools, particularly Logik.io Transaction Manager. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders. Proven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining data integrity and system consistency. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based CPQ platforms and composable CPQ solutions.
