Job Description
- Education: Bachelor s degree in civil engineering & master s degree in construction management or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of relevant estimating experience with Construction field experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing. Thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Work experience using ACAD, Revit, Civil 3D will be preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings and specifications.
- Ability to perform conceptual & Design estimates in multiple trades and review estimates in many trades.
- Ability to estimate many types of projects/contracts.; Strong personal computer skills including
- intermediate knowledge of estimating, and On- Screen digitizing software.;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills essential; Fluent command of spoken and written English.
