Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team as our first product hire in India this is a critical role where you will have the chance to manage the product development process and execute an ambitious product roadmap.

You will work closely with the co-founders, as we all as our product, engineering, and design leads, to ensure we're moving fast and delighting our users.

You will be responsible for defining features, clearing any roadblocks for engineers, and running effective weekly sprints to deliver high-quality features that move the business forward.

Responsibilities.

Run the Product development process for multiple engineering delivery teams Write detailed product specs, communicate effectively with engineers, run the sprint cycle, and ensure timely and quality weekly product releases.

Product health Ensure releases are QAd and continue to function while driving towards business objectives.

Product analytics produce, analyze, and act on detailed user analytics metrics for the surface area owned.

Product design and business lead coordination work closely with design and business leads to ensure we're staying ahead of engineering sprints and prioritizing the right features.

Provide product support across surface areas for the engineering team Work closely with the US-based team to ensure on-ground product support is provided.

This includes day-to-day feature clarification, weekly QA, and timely release of high-quality features.

Have a strong point of view and inspire the team Bring new ideas to the table and communicate key ideas to cross-functional partners.

Requirements.

Experienced 5+ years of product experience.

Must have experience writing detailed product specs and have worked previously in a well-run product org.

Collaborative, and amp; Organized.

Have experience collaborating with engineering, design, and analytics.

Strong business sense.

Ability to grasp concepts, understand metrics, and drive towards outcomes.
